PubMed Help Now Available Only on the Bookshelf

The NLM Technical Bulletin for August 3, 2005:
"The PubMed Help is now available only on the NCBI Bookshelf. The former PubMed Help document has been retired. Links created to the former Help will automatically go to the Bookshelf Help."
