Building an Organziation and Trust

T. Scott has another good blog post about buidling an organization that is open to change. He discovered that in order to build an organization that is receptive to change you must also have and build upon a foundation of trust. It is an interesting thought, and one that is important not just within the library itself but within the organization as a whole. After all the many librarians have had to build up years of rapport/trust with the IT departments and adminstrators to be able develop a changing and evolving library.
